Our Trust named SHIVTEJ ARROGYA SEVA SANSTHA~ TALUKA KHED DIST RATNAGlRI registered under societies/trust Act XXI of 1860 & Bombay Public Trust act XXX of 1950 with registration number Maharashtra/1588(Ratnagiri) and F 1 578(Ratnagiri) respectively

We are mainly concentrating on activities like Integrated Rural development programs, construction of low cost houses & latrines, Self help Group Promotions, health awareness & education, Mother & Child Care, Institutional Education, Pre School Programs, Primary ,Secondary & higher secondary education etc.

We are concentrating now with the project costing Rs.500 crores propose to implements the project on expansion of dental and MBBS school / hospital building along with latest Amenities & Infrastructure at khed ,Ratnagiri area.

We have Registered Trust having registration number F-1578(Ratnagiri) & also income tax exemption in 12A (a) Registration along with 80 G(5)(Vl) no. DIT(E)/AA/80G/20/40/2007-2008J2038 of income tax. And also applied for Foreign Contribution through FCRA Registration to the ministry of Home affairs ,India ,vide :FILE NO II/21O22/68(0064/20l1-FCRA-II REGISTRATION NUMBER is 083950037 dated 06/06/2011

As per our Trust resolution no.001/JULY/SASS/11 dated 01/07/11 the undersigned Shri Ramdas Gangaram Kadam is authorized for applying & receiving donation from donors.
